Fundamentals of Robotics with RoboX

Fundamentals of Robotics with RoboX is a CTE program to introduce industrial robotic arms and how to program and operate them using RoboX simulation. RoboX is an online, web based, gamified robotics simulation environment, aligned with the self paced training curriculum.
This introductory course focuses on industrial robotics and features of Yaskawa Motoman robotic arms. Students will learn the theory of robotics that includes hands-on labs with the state-of-the-art RoboX simulator. Throughout the course, students will learn essential skills such as moving the robot, planning motion sequences, specifying tool paths, teaching positions, and handling materials in real factory environments.
