Business Account Manager
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Business Account Manager who can drive our business goals. CoderZ Business Account Manager should lead, maintain, and expand our business with international partners and resellers across the globe (except the Americas)
Our Business Account Manager’s responsibilities include tracking the business goals of each of CoderZ’s resellers, developing relationships based on trust and collaborative thinking based on market needs, making sure our resellers receive what they need from different departments within the company, meet agreements standards and identify growth opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for education, strategic orientation, and proven experience in working with business partners and resellers.

Building strong relationships to maintain old business and acquire new partners
- Collaborating with various internal departments – Marketing, Product, Customers Success, Development, to ensure that they fulfill resellers’ needs, executing common projects.
- Acting as the reseller’s representative to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience
- Collecting and analyzing data concerning reseller behavior to understand changing needs
- Min 3 years proven experience in business relationship management with strategic customers/resellers network – Background in SaaS companies – advantage
- Business & strategy-oriented thinking
- Proven experience in sales and a high level of familiarity with sales strategies to attract and retain corporate accounts
- CRM experience: Specific, in-depth knowledge of Salesforce.com, including best practices for lead and pipeline management and reporting.
