Contests and Events

Join two of New York City’s finest teachers as we explore the new paradigm for STEM education: Hybrid Learning. Through practical exercises, personal anecdotes, and an open Q&A session, attendees will explore what it takes to build an effective Hybrid teaching experience:

– Launch and maintain virtual offerings that meaningfully engage students
– Incorporate elements of project-based-learning PBL into programs that foster 21st-century skills
– Keep scholars connected to STEM content, and each other, to reinforce strong classroom culture
– Leverage a variety of formative assessment techniques to check for understanding and track progress, even when students aren’t in the room.
