It has been a long time since we last had a chat with you to let you all know what we’ve been up to. Many amazing thing are going on, and we were part of some extraordinary events and initiatives within the world of education, STEM and robotics.
Today, we want to share with you how we are bringing STEM and robotics to all students, where we have been and what plans do we have to make cyber robotics accessible and engaging for all students, around the world.
CoderZ: Creating interactive spaces for students to experience STEM, cyber robotics and coding!
1. Cyber Robotics Coding Competition:
Recently, students from Paraguay, Israel and from New Hampshire experienced an amazing competition where they had to show everything they learned in CoderZ and program clean, praiseworthy lines of codes for their very own cyber robots.
More than 2,500 students from New Hampshire joined together in the first, Cyber Robotics Coding Competition.
To put this together, we worked closely with the amazing team from the Oracle Academy, and with the extraordinary people behind Intelitek and the ISCEF foundation.
Watch here a clip of what happened in New Hampshire, and stay tuned to see the video of the Paraguay experience and some news about what’s about to happen in another state we cannot mention yet.
2. Cooperation and STEM Webinars
Our STEM webinars continue to provide useful tools to educators, principals, teachers and even superintendents. In the last few months, we’ve had great sessions around the subjects of STEM, STEAM, cyber robotics, academic curricula around coding robots, etc.
On the special site we created for our STEM Webinars you’ll be able to watch all of our previous sessions and to see what are the upcoming ones, in order to save your spot in time and to interact with relevant, and very wise people like you.
3. Online communities for educators
We’ve created 2 very active and appealing online communities for STEM teachers and for robotics for education fans. We have one community we opened several months ago, where almost 700 professionals from all over the globe interact and discuss education, robotics, cyber robotics, and ideas for their STEM or STEAM classes.
Together with that, we created a special community for those teachers in Israel who are currently using CoderZ in a nation wide Cyber Robotics Coding Competition with their students to provide them with the 21st century skills they need to succeed in tomorrow’s world.
Join your community and be part of the conversation.
4. Tradeshows and events
We attended the latest BETT show as exhibitors and it was a phenomenal experience! We had the chance to show many worldwide educators how they can teach STEM with virtual robots by using CoderZ in their classrooms.
In a few weeks Intelitek’s CEO, Ido Yerushalmi, will even grab a plane to Bolivia to discuss matters related to STEM education and cyber robotics in the great Latin American education-related fair called VirtualEduca.
We’re always looking for more events to attend, so if you have any suggestions just send us a DM on our Twitter profile or leave a message in the comments below.
5. New gamified missions in CoderZ
Our fantastic team of developers and STEM experts have been working really hard to challenge your students even more.
New missions and features are constantly being added to our online learning environment from STEM, coding and robotics, and to try them all, we invite you to register for a 14-day free trial. Then, you’ll be able to enjoy the feeling of teaching with an engaging tool that will actually provide your students with the 21st century skills they need.
May the code be with you!
